14 Nov DevFest
Linket was delighted to sponsor and participate in Google’s large scale community run event that offers speaker sessions, all-day hackathons or both. DevFest has become a global experience and each community brings together developers to exchange ideas and create incredible interactions. On Saturday, November 4, 2017, we joined the Los Angeles experience both as participant and speaker.
Downtown’s Cross Campus Workspace was a great central location that was freeway, metro, and bus convenient. They kept us fed and hydrated all day with treats from Dunkin Donuts for breakfast, lunch from Bucca di Beppo, and cookies in the afternoon. While we didn’t come for the food, it certainly enhanced the experience.
Dr. Wes Boudville, Founder and CEO of Linket, was a featured speaker. This was the first time that Linket was presented to the public and the response was very gratifying. Dr. Boudville was able to explain the essence of the next step in linking customers to workers on mobile phone apps. How it is about empowering individuals by providing them with an authenticated personalized brand within a mobile app. Plus, there is a wide range of personal and professional information that one can include in the wording of your linket. You can be [Bob Smith Best Driver In LA] or [Fix Your Tech Problems Fast].
Meeting all the local app developers, coders, and entrepreneurs provided for a stimulating day. You really learn the most about your own product when people ask questions. It was so rewarding to able to explain the Linket concept and get feedback about the best ways to clarify its usefulness.
The entire Linket Team looks forward to making this an annual event!
